Why Register?

 

The purpose of registration is to collect information about the beneficiaries of Ngāti Parekaawa o Poukura.

You are then:

• Part of the beneficiaries profile.

• Able to vote in elections, and processes needing your support.

• Eligible to apply for grants and/or scholarships that you may be entitled to.

• Along with other Ngāti Parekaawa around the motu and the world, able to be readily communicated with.

We collect your contact details, occupation and whakapapa, and enter it into an electronic database. This database stores only the information you give us at the time of registration. You will need to advise us if your details change.

Registration is done from a whanau perspective to help people connect ou with nga whanau o Poukura.
